Thank you for purchasing software from GTM Catalyst Private Limited. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

  1. Digital Product Nature
    Our software products are classified as digital goods. Once a license key, activation code, or download link is issued, the product is considered delivered and consumed under the provisions of Indian IT and consumer laws.
  2. No Refund on Delivered Software
    In compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and relevant data protection principles, we protect and process your purchase data securely. However, due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, we do not provide refunds once the software is delivered or activated, unless an exception applies.
  3. Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered If:
    We may, at our discretion, issue refunds under the following conditions:
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same software more than once.
  • Technical Defect: If the software is defective or incompatible and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days of your support request.
  • Failed Delivery: If you did not receive the product (e.g., due to payment error, system failure), and we confirm the issue on our end.

  • Description of the issue
  • Proof of error (e.g., screenshot, log)
    The refunds will be credited within 5 days of acceptance of your refund request.

    To help you make an informed decision, we offer free trials or demo versions (where applicable). Please evaluate the software before purchasing, as we do not provide refunds for:
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Compatibility issues already disclosed in system requirements
